Soft washing
A safer way to clean your home
I use a professional soft-wash method when it is safer for siding, painted surfaces, and other delicate materials. High pressure is not recommended on siding when soft washing is the better method.

See the difference — clean on the left, untouched on the right.
Low pressure. Purposeful cleaning.
I inspect the material, protect sensitive areas and landscaping when appropriate, apply the right cleaning solution, soft wash, rinse, and inspect the finished work.
Roof cleaning is individually quoted because roof pitch, height, access, roofing material, staining, and safety requirements can significantly affect the job.
Planning prices
Prices shown are typical or estimated ranges for planning only. Final pricing may change based on surface condition, staining, height, access, stories, chemicals, buildup, equipment, preparation, and property size. Your final price is confirmed in an approved quote before work begins.
What happens next
- 1Send the service address and approximate house size.
- 2Tell me the number of stories and exterior material, if known.
- 3Upload photos and note visible algae, staining, mold, dirt, or buildup.
- 4I review the property and provide the final quote.
- 5After approval, I prepare, clean, rinse, and inspect the property.
Ask about bundle pricing when combining house washing with a driveway, sidewalks, or other exterior cleaning.
